{"id":3426,"date":"2024-12-05T17:43:20","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T17:43:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/terrasdebasto.pt\/?p=3426"},"modified":"2024-12-05T17:43:20","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T17:43:20","slug":"picao-e-o-vencedor-da-cozinha-recheio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/terrasdebasto.pt\/?p=3426","title":{"rendered":"Pic\u00e3o \u00e9 o vencedor da &#8220;Cozinha Recheio&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O jovem cabeceirense Jo\u00e3o Pic\u00e3o, aluno da Escola Profissional Agr\u00edcola de Fermil, em Celorico de Basto, \u00e9 o vencedor do Concurso Jovem Talento da Gastronomia, na categoria de &#8220;Cozinha Recheio&#8221;, cuja final se realizou esta quinta-feira (5), em Cascais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>Depois de ultrapassar as tr\u00eas primeiras fases de sele\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 em Set\u00fabal, Esposende e Entroncamento, com mais de 300 concorrentes \u2013, o jovem cabeceirense disputou a final das v\u00e1rias categorias e apurou-se para a grande final da categoria \u201cCozinha Recheio\u201d, realizada no \u201cRecheio Cascais\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 final agora disputada, o \u201cchef\u201d estudante foi acompanhado pelo diretor da Escola Profissional Agr\u00edcola de Fermil, Fernando Fevereiro, que j\u00e1 expressou a sua satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais: \u201cRespeito! N\u00f3s somos os melhores!\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O concurso \u201cJovem Talento da Gastronomia\u201d \u00e9 apresentado como \u00abum grande palco onde o futuro da gastronomia nacional p\u00f4s tudo em pratos limpos para saber quem \u00e9 o vencedor\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E o vencedor \u00e9 Jo\u00e3o Manuel Bastos Pic\u00e3o, natural da aldeia de Torrinheiras, em Abadim, Cabeceiras de Basto, a frequentar o 12.o ano em \u201cCozinha e Pastelaria\u201d.
